booking policy
- Any & all bookings will have a designated start & end time, set up by the customer.
- A 15 min grace period is given at the start of the appointment for any inconveniences. After that your booking will be canceled and the customer will have to rebook.
- A %50 non refundable deposit is required on all booking over $100.
- The customer will have 90 days after the invoice is sent to pay in full.
- Payment plans are available with a %5 processing fee.
- After 90 days a %25 late fee will be applied if no payment has been made.
- An additional 30 days will be given after the original 90 days to pay the full amount or choose a payment plan with the applied late fee & processing fee.
- After 120 days if no payment has been made a %35 outstanding payment fee will be applied per month until a payment has been made.
- Customers have 48 hours before their appointment to cancel with no additional fee
